The FESTIVAL of CYCLING has been designed to provide an oppportunity for Corporate, Club, Training Group or School Team to join together or even participate individually if desired, in a day of friendly participation with a range of events catering for all level of competitor, all supported by a day of entertainment and family friendly activities. All CELEBRATING a day of environmentally friendly activities at one of Melboune's great cycling venues.

Therefore in the spirit of all major corporate events in Melbourne, why not make a day of it and envite work colleagues and family members to share in the day.

Corporate or Club Marquees including catering of your choice are available in the Maillot Jeune (Yellow Jersey) (secured) Enclosure, where you can obtain a finish straight location for an unrestriced view of all "Pit Straight" activities and a fully catered brekky / brunch to suit your individual requirements.

MELBOURNE’S BIGGEST “Brekky – Brunch”

If Corporate entertaining is not your thing, yet you would like to enjoy your traditional “latte” and “brekky” after your Sunday ride, then join us as we provide a full brekky – brunch service in the “GP TT” enclosure.

Securely park your bike, sit back , watch for friends to finish, whach Australia's best cyclists in action or just enjoy the discussions of the morning events.

Fully catered breakfast, lunch & coffee facilities will operate throughout the day.

Club and Team Marquees:

Individual Club and Team marquees may be allowed,(subject to style & space) but prior Booking and notification must be provided. (conditions apply).

No self catering will be allowed.

Individual EXPO vehicle access MAY be available on Sunday event morning (between 5:00am - 6:30am). You will advised.

NO vehicles will be allowed to remain within the vehicle precinct.

All Club / Corporate infrastructure must be in place on Saturday.

CYCLING - ENVIRONMENT - HEALTH AND WELLBEING.

With the Festival targeted at all cyclists from the PRO's through to a recreational and family cycling audience,and anticipated to attract in excess of 20,000 participants and visitors, CEG offers an invitation to all retail cycling stores, wholesalers and aligned industry suppliers to participate in a opportunity to showcase your product or service to an extensive Melbourne cycling audience.

Whether your product is aligned to cycling, the environment or health and well being you are invited to participate in the Festival Expo and present you product or service to the Festival audience.

Pre Booking and Expo footprint will be co-ordinated through Fred & Ginger Catering. SITE FEES: available from only $125.
